A LAB THAT DELIVERS EXCELLENT SERVICES — GDAX DIAGNOSTIC LAB

It is a renowned diagnostic lab. This lab has multiple features that make it different from the other labs.

This lab has a single bed facility. If a patient is coming from afar in the city then they can stay at the Gdax lab. The lab has two types of tests:

The lab boasts of having STU rooms adjacent to the building. These rooms are to be utilized in the case the Gdax lab is full. If the LAB feels that it needs additional beds then the hospitality employees are informed.



The Hospitality Staff -

The Hospitality Staff is part of the hospitality department. VWX Lab has its hospitality staff trained properly. The staff is known to have a presentable dress. The dress is made to ensure that the vision is reflected in it. This lab focuses on training its staff with the right kind of skills. It brings the following ideas in its staff –

1. Smart — The staff is given the training to be smart while dealing with the patients.

2. Personable — The staff is given training to be personable while dealing with the patients.

3. Motivated — The staff is given the training to be motivated while dealing with the patients.

4. Intelligent — The staff is given the training to be intelligent while dealing with the patients.

5. Warm — The staff is given the training to be warm while dealing with the patients.

6. Kind — The staff is given training to be kind while dealing with the patients.

7. Polite — The staff is given training to be polite while dealing with the patients.

8. Self-assured — The staff is given the training to be self-assured while dealing with the patients.

9. Optimistic — The staff is given the training to be optimistic while dealing with the patients.

10. Self-sufficient- The staff is given the training to be self-sufficient while dealing with the patients.

All the above traits make the staff set a good impression. This impression can be short-lived or last for a lifetime. This will depend on the type of customers it serves.

INSTRUCTIONS -

Following is a set of instructions that are given to the employees –

1. The employees are made to understand the need to be polite.

2. The employees are made to be sure that the services they offer should be authentic.

3. The employees are told to follow the code of conduct policy. This mentions that the employees are supposed to understand the policy.

4. The code of conduct specifies that the employees don’t have to be rude.

5. Any sort of complaint regarding employee behavior is to be addressed to the chief officer.

6. Once this complaint is acknowledged, the head of the employees is called.

7. The employees are instructed to greet the customers while the customer is going to leave the room.

8. The employees are told to behave in a formal manner.

9. The employees are told to keep their volume low. The volume should be such that it is not too low. It should be audible.
